The decor of the hotel was stunning and had a lovely vintage theme. the staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottles of water and fruit in our room, a nice touch. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to key attractions and amenities.
The mattress on the bed was a bit uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. the shower facilities were also disappointing, with low water pressure and slow water flow.

The hotel is located in a beautiful building with stunning gardens. the curtains in the room provided a great sleep experience, and the grounds were wonderful to explore. the staff were friendly and the room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. the hotel also had a restaurant with good food.
The hotel could improve on its service and attention to detail, as some guests experienced issues with their meals, such as missing items and delays in receiving certain dishes.

Modern decor and clean rooms make for a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are delicious and well-presented, with accommodating staff to cater to any special requests. the hotel staff, particularly the manager Lynne, go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
One downside is the lack of a working heated towel rail in the bathroom. Another inconvenience is the absence of a lift, making it challenging for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel for a birthday party and was blown away by the stunning venue. The refurbishments are superb and the attention to detail makes it truly 5 star. The room we had for the party was spacious and would be perfect for a wedding. The improvements are so impressive that we have already recommended this venue to our friends.
I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The food was good, although slightly overpriced, and the room was beautifully decorated despite being a bit too hot.
